I got the honey sesame chicken with rice, an eggroll, and fried noodles. After waiting in the drive-thru for like 10-15 minutes, i got my food. The guy who took my order was super polite and friendly, and apologized for the wait (which was nice). However, when i went home and got out the food, i found out they forgot to add the fried noodles, which was too bad. The food however was really great, the chicken was delicious, and it seems they’ve improved their rice because i didn’t notice an abundance of sauce like ive seen in a few other reviews. Their house-made eggroll was huge and very good. Only 4 stars because of the wait and the noodles.

It took a minute in the drive thru to get food. SO WORTH THE WAIT! Shaved ice...all of them are amazing. I got 4 egg rolls under $8. THEY WERE HUGE AND FRESH AND SO FABULOUS!! The size of these egg rolls blew our minds. Will be going back!

Food is always delicious as so is the shaved ice! Only thing I'll complain about is that they put 2 (!!!) people working on a Saturday night!! The poor young girl at the front and young man cooking were stressing! I felt so bad that I almost went back to help them out. I understood the wait time. Note to management: Give these kids a raise or add more people on the schedule on the weekends. 1 less star because of poor management.

Came by today for dessert! I had seen the sign at the gas station and stopped in. I ordered the Banana chocolate Sundae with a scoop of chocolate and also ordered the Watermelon, Mango, Strawberry with a scoop of Vanilla and 3 shakes for my kiddos. I had never had a shaved ice and ice cream like this before but it was very good! Here's a hint, mix the ice cream and the ice and it just gets so much better, they do add condensed milk as part of the ingredients but it tasted so good with the fruit and ice cream mix. Over all my cost was about $40 for a rather large 2 bowls of the ice cream and ice and the 3 shakes. I enjoyed it and next time will come and try their wings!!

Awful experience. I ordered the teriyaki chicken rice bowl, but the rice was completely drenched in teriyaki sauce. While eating with a friend, an employee came by to ask how the food was. I mentioned that the rice had too much sauce. She didn’t respond and simply walked away. A few minutes later, she returned asking what she could do, and I requested a small side of plain rice. She then said her manager wanted to take my bowl (the one I was still eating from) to show the cooks and would return it afterward — which made no sense to me and felt unsanitary. I told her that if the manager wanted to see it, she could come to the table instead. The manager did come over but insisted that my rice “didn’t look like it had sauce on it” and even showed me plain rice, saying it looked the same. At that point, I realized there was no point in arguing. She offered me a free appetizer, but I was already uncomfortable with how the situation was managed, so I declined. Overall, the food wasn’t good, the service was poor, and the handling of the situation was unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
